Lorie Deller Art Classes Rogue Music Academy
– $35 (must pre-register) NMP Lessons for Adults & Seniors
Instructor: Lorie Deller has a BFA from UT Tyler and is the
owner of Daydreams Face Painting. She is pleased to offer
fun art classes in a casual setting for people who want to
gather while being creative.
Age: 16 & Up | North Mountain Park Nature Center
Dimensions in Drawing:
Shadows & Highlights
Students will learn to add highlights and shadows to their
drawings that bring dimension to the subject. Supplies
provided for class. Bring something to drink. Snacks offered.

Grid Drawing with Graphite
Come have some fun learning a new art technique. The Beginning Guitar and
focus will be on images from nature. Participants will learn Ukulele! – $100 (4 classes)
how to use the grid technique to create a pencil drawing
to take home. Materials provided. Dress in art “sturdy” Beginning players learn a step-by-step approach to play
clothing or wear an apron. recognizable songs with either the guitar or ukulele—it’s
up to you! Intended for new musicians, and no one is too

Learn about your tools and working with watercolor. have your own instrument.
Students will leave the class with a basic understanding of

Color Theory with Acrylics Ageless – Age 50+ | $100 (4 classes)

In this beginner class participants will learn color mixing,
value, hue, saturation, and the harmonies in color
combinations. This is a beginner class where participants
will leave having produced their own color wheel and
knowing basic color theory. Materials provided.
